India Brown (left) and Donna McLeroy, recent graduates of Evans High School, recently received their ProStart certification. To become certified, a student must complete a three-year program that includes 400 hours of work in a hospitality industry-related business. A mirror is used in Evans' ProStart kitchen to help with classroom demonstrations.
