Business tea

Harlem's Women in Business will hold its inaugural evening tea and fashion show at 7 p.m. Monday at the Harlem United Methodist Church fellowship hall. Tickets cost $5. For information, call Kathy at 556-0401.

Red Cross training

- The Augusta Red Cross is seeking volunteer instructors to teach baby sitter classes to ages 11 to 15.

An instructor training class will be held at 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Abilene Baptist Church in Martinez.

- Volunteer instructors are needed to teach CPR, AED and first aid. An instructor training class will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. Sept. 6-9. For information, call the Red Cross office at 724-8481, ext. 208.

Warrant officer meeting

The Fort Gordon chapter of the Warrant Officer Association will hold a meeting from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, in the Cafeteria Conference Room of Signal Towers. The agenda will include a committee assignment to support the national meeting, information on the Army's reorganization and setting up a small home or office network. Mosaic festival

Mosaic United Methodist Church, which meets weekly at Evans High School on Cox Road, will hold a fun festival after the 11 a.m. worship service Sunday. Festivities will include food, games and more. Admission is free. For information, call Carolyn Moore at 877-6468.
