The road to stardom might seem like a long, laborious journey for some, but for 14-year-old Logan McElroy, fortune and fame have been a way of life since he was 2 years old.

"He got a print job for a new clothing line for Gerber," Kathy McElroy said about her son, who was noticed by a talent agent while playing in a water fountain at an Atlanta mall. "She told me that he was so cute with his red hair, freckles and glasses, and asked me if I would be interested in him modeling. It was one of those freak Hollywood things."
Since then, Logan, of Lawrenceville, Ga., has appeared in more than 20 national commercials, which were filmed in Atlanta. His maternal grandparents are Richard and Joan Lee, Augusta residents who attend Abilene Baptist Church in Martinez.
Recently, Logan's resume was updated when he landed his first movie role as a character named Fuzzy in the movie Rebound, starring Martin Lawrence, which was released in theaters in July.
After a public meltdown, Lawrence's character, who is a famous college basketball coach, gets demoted to coaching a team of junior-varsity rejects at his alma mater. "It's a good movie for the whole family to enjoy. It's very funny," Mr. Lee said, adding that he's hopeful of his grandson's future. "He's going to be choosy about his movies. If it's a movie he can't go see, then he's not going to participate in it."
When it comes to Logan's character in his most recent movie, Logan said he shares some similarities.
"He's very boisterous and outgoing, and that's very much like myself. I talk all the time," he said. "He's very clumsy and uncoordinated when it comes to sports, and I'm very good at playing sports. He also loves to eat food. I like to eat food, but not that much."
Logan said he now wants to try other roles as an actor.
"I would really like to be the hero in an action movie, where the unlikely hero comes to save the day," he said.
