Bystanders look at a pile of twisted metal that remains from the collapse of a building under construction at Horizon North Business Park on Chamblin Road near Grovetown. The facility is owned by Uniparts USA Ltd., which has headquarters in India. When completed, it will make parts for the nearby John Deere factories. The building collapsed Saturday afternoon after an isolated storm swept through the area. No one was injured in the accident.
