Barbecue benefit

A barbecue dinner fund-raiser will be held at Wesley United Methodist Church, 825 N. Belair Road, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 14. Proceeds will benefit Bryce Williams, a 3-year-old with leukemia. For tickets or information, call 869-0888.

Student orientation
