Personnel praised for help in emergency exercise

I would like to personally thank all of the emergency services personnel who participated in the Full-Scale Hazardous Material Transportation Exercise.

As a 'victim' in this exercise, many of us had to lie on the asphalt of the parking lot in the scorching heat for nearly an hour, and despite the fact that the firemen were in full gear they were constantly looking after the welfare of the other participants involved.

Despite their own discomfort they tended to us as if we were their own, and I just wanted to say thank you.
