The Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and Liberty Mutual insurance company celebrated the opening of Liberty Mutual's new location on Furys Ferry Road with a ribbon-cutting ceremony July 13 in Martinez.

Bebette Smith (center), the owner of La Bonbonniere, cuts the ribbon on her chocolate shop as a Columbia County Chamber of Commerce member July 15. The shop, which specializes in handmade Belgian chocolates, is at 213 Furys Ferry Road in the lower level of Furys Ferry Station. The shop is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.
