Five get Harlem summer diplomas
In a unique and impressive ceremony, five Harlem High seniors received diplomas Tuesday night in the first summer graduation exercises in the history of the school.
Dressed in caps and gowns, the three girls and two boys went through ceremonies similar to that of those graduating in the spring, and were awarded their diplomas by Assistant County School Superintendent Norris F. Long.
