Jeffrey Hogan, of Martinez, graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., on May 27. Hogan is the son of Bob and Marlys Hogan, of Martinez, and the grandson of Bryce and Elaine Richards, of Miles City, Mont., and Florence Hogan, of Martinez. Hogan is a 2001 graduate of Evans High School.
