Jan Wiggins is a 1997 Graduate of Leadership Augusta and the 2005 recipient of the Leadership Award. Wiggins is the former general manager of Cellular One and is now the marketing director for Innovative Health Strategies. Wiggins has been active hroughout her career, serving on several boards and committees including the American Heart Association (past chairman), Columbia County Civil Service Committee (past chairman), the American Diabetes Association, the United Way of the CSRA, the Community Trust Initiative, Safe Homes of Augusta and the American Red Cross

Pat Goodwin is a 2001 graduate of Leadership Augusta and the 2005 recipient of the Community Service Award. Goodwin is the business manager at the Medical College of Georgia. She has served various local nonprofit and civic agencies, including the American Business Women Association and the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce (Board of Directors and the Business Development Committee and Growth Management Planning Committee). In addition, she has served as the volunteer coordinator for the Torch Walk event for the Georgia Games.
