During the school year, the church offers the Awana program for children. The church also offers ubstance abuse and marriage and divorce recovery programs for anyone in the community, said Jack Custer, the church's pastor.

What would you say to someone who's thinking about giving your church a try?
"We place a lot of value on the family and how they can connect not only to church life, but to their community on a day-to-day basis," he said.
What do you believe is the biggest issue facing the faithful today?
"Just to recall the value of the church, that Jesus loved the church, gave himself for it and that it's never outdated," he said. "With everything that's going on in the world today, it still is a central focus for family value and family needs."
