Diamondbacks take championships
The Diamondbacks won the Martinez-Evans Little League Minor League championship June 17. Cadets meet challenges
Continuing its tradition of excellence for the second year in a row, Lakeside's JROTC had the No. 1 Cadet at the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (Camp Semaphore) last month at Fort Gordon. After four days of intense training and leadership challenges, Cadet Paul Maile was selected as the best of the 285 cadets at camp. Lakeside's Tara Wilcox and Nicole Lopez were also honored as the best basic cadets in their companies. Greenbrier soccer awards
The 2005 Greenbrier varsity boys soccer team awards were presented to MVP Award winner Chance Lord (left) and Coach's Award winner Ben Parrish. Chance will play Soccer for UNC-Asheville in the fall, and Ben will attend Georgia Southern in the fall.
