The Columbia County Choral Society will present Messiah, Moses and More at 7:30 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church of Evans, Washington at Belair roads. The final performance of the season will feature music from Handel's Messiah, works by Moses Hogan and a selection of bluegrass spirituals, and will be dedicated to director emeritus Jacques Kearns, in whose honor the society is developing a scholarship.
