Columbia County's fifth annual Red, White & Blue Veterans Celebration will begin at 6:30 p.m. Saturday on the grounds of the Justice Center on Ronald Reagan Drive, Evans, and will include performances by the Lakeside Rifle Team and the U.S. Army Signal Corps Band, and remarks by Maj. Gen. Janet Hicks and U.S. Rep. Charlie Norwood. Old U.S. flags may be brought for disposal by American Legion Post 192. Former University of Georgia Bulldog and Tampa Bay Buccaneer Eric Zeier will help kick off Fort Gordon's summer camp with a football clinic from 10-11:30 a.m. Monday at the Youth Services Building, 46th Street at Brainard Avenue, and will speak, sign autographs and pose for photos from 1-3 p.m. The sessions are open to the public.
