Woods fire extinguished

Martinez-Columbia Fire and Rescue Lt. Greg Boatright extinguishes a woods fire in the back of the Belair Business Park at 4847 Belair Frontage Road. Chief Doug Cooper said the fire began in the backyard of a home that backs up to the park. The fire was extinguished at about 1:45 p.m. before it reached any businesses. No one was injured and no property other than a wooden fence was damaged.
