Luther Darnell Stewart, 23, of the 400 block of Swamp Road, Beech Island, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 9, 2005, and was fined $785.

Tony Gene Reese, 28, of the 4300 block of Columbia Road, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 21, 2005, and was sentenced to 40 days in jail.

Johnny Jerome Brown, 32, of the 400 block of Bussey Avenue, Thomson, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 15, 2003, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Jeffery Roy Vernon, 42, of the 500 block of Longhorn Drive, Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 4, 1995, and was fined $785.

Dustin Elliott Palmer, 25, of the 1100 block of Salem Church Road, Lincolnton, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 25, 2005, and was fined $785.

Nicholas Wade McDonald, 45, of the 500 block of Fairfield Way, Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on April 5, 2005, and was fined $700.

Patrick Shane DuBose, 24, of the 100 block of Burmuda Run, Statesboro, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on June 20, 2004, and was fined $785.

Yvette Taylor, 40, of the 2800 block of Fenwick Street, Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 1, 2003, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 12 months probation.

Douglas James Dieke, 43, of the 100 block of Hickory Drive, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 25, 2005, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Harry Lee Morgan Jr., 29, of the 200 block of Flowing Wells Road, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 28, 2005, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Randall Herman Davis, 56, of the 2400 block of Pine Ridge Drive, Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on March 17, 2005, and was fined $785.

Karen White Johnson, 52, of the 1400 block of Trulock Road, Lincolnton, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on March 9, 2005, and was fined $785.

Larry Wayne Sprowls II, 29, of the 4500 block of Oakley-Pirkle Road, Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on March 27, 2005, and was fined $785.

Anthony Waldes Whipple, 41, of the 3700 block of Murray Road, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 16, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.
