Student attains black belt

Thirteen-year-old Chandler Duggan, after more than an hour of contentious full-contact sparring, was awarded his Teen Black Belt at Seigler's Kempo & Jiu-Jitsu school. More than three years of dedicated self discipline was acted out during the afternoon of April 23 in the final phase of a three-phase test for the Teen Black Belt. Chandler is an honor student at Evans Middle School, the twin brother of Alexander and the son of Tony and Carol Duggan.
