Nancy A. Edge, 29, of the 2100 block of Walton Way in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 5, 2005, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Michael Lee Newsome, 19, of the 5700 block of Harlem-Grovetown Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 31, 2004, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Johnnie Lewis Curtis, 58, of the 1000 block of Nathan Jones Road in Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 5, 2005, and was fined $775.

Angela Shawn Hall, 35, of the 700 block of Folly Court in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 4, 2005, and was fined $785.

Harold William Humphrey, 55, of the 200 block of Ashbrook Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 17, 2004, and was fined $1,215.

Dan T. Dill Jr., 24, of the 1200 block of Greenbrier Road in Lincolnton, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 9, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $785.

Randall Joseph Ellis, 19, of the 300 block of Merrymont Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 22, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $785.

Jaime Carleen Littleton, 25, of the 5100 block of Parham Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 23, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $785.

Autumn Julia Hopkins, 19, of the 3300 block of Woodhaven Court in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 20, 2005, and was fined $700.

Christopher A. Smith, 19, of the 400 block of Oak Chase Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 5, 2005, and was fined $700.

Richard Heath Griffin, 31, of the 6500 block of Haywood Drive in Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 11, 2005, and was fined $785.

Walter Dennis Duckworth, 41, of the 3300 block of Davant Street in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 19, 2005, and was fined $785.

Kevin James Walker, 48, of the 300 block of Timberridge Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 19, 2005, and was fined $1,215.

Charles Henry Pruett, 71, of the 2500 block of Weldon Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 20, 2005, and was fined $785.

Tabitha Ann Tullis, 25, of the 6600 block of Ridge Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 13, 2005, and was fined $785.

Samuel Anthony Testino, 61, of the 2900 block of Wolf Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 4, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Susan Dean Morris, 37, of the 300 block of Furys Ferry Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 11, 2005, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $785.
