Benji, a 3-year-old Basenji, is good with people and other animals. He was given to Animal Care and Control by his owner because he climbs chain-link fences. Benji does not shed and he grooms himself. He is neutered, and like all Basenjis, he is unable to bark. He is available for adoption from Columbia County Animal Care and Control. Adult animals, such as today's Pet of the Week, cost $25 to adopt, and the adoption fee for puppies and kittens is $20. All animals must be spayed or neutered.
