Golf tournament
Fatz Cafe is sponsoring the second annual Spring Golf Classic on May 4 at the Jones Creek Golf Club. The event will benefit the Jenny Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund. A noon shotgun start is planned. The tournament is limited to the first 34 teams. The tournament team fee of $400 includes prizes for first-, second- and third-place teams, as well as prizes for on-course competitions and door prizes. Basketball camp
Greenbrier High School will hold its second annual youth basketball camp from May 31 to June 3. The camp is open to boys and girls in fourth through eighth grade. Lakeside raffle
Friday is the deadline to purchase tickets for the Lakeside Panther Athletic Association fund-raising raffle. The grand-prize winner will receive $10,000, and only 300 tickets will be sold for $100 each.
