A Capitol adventure

The Blue Ridge Elementary School chorus traveled to Atlanta on March 3 to sing for Gov. Sonny Perdue (center) at the state Capitol. The pupils also toured the Capitol, listened as a bill was passed in the House of Representatives, went to the Cyclorama and visited the World of Coca-Cola. Pictured with the class is Republican state Rep. Ben Harbin (left), who helped organize activities for the pupils during their visit.
