Greenbrier cheerleaders advance to state

The Greenbrier High School competition cheerleading squad won second in the regional competition in January in Sandersville and advanced to the state competition, which was held Feb. 4-5 in Columbus. They placed 11th. Team members are: freshman Jennifer Adams, sophomore Tiffany Adams, junior Caro Ashe, freshman Jasmine Bennett, junior Whitney Blanchard, sophomore Lindsay Duncan, sophomore Holly Eisele, junior Cara Griffin, senior Michelle Harmon, senior Kimberly Jahnke, junior Jordan Kane, senior Caroline Kenrick (co-captain), junior Kara Knight, senior Erin Pippin, junior Jennifer Randolph-Ellis, sophomore Amber Shaw, junior Rachael Starkey and senior Lindsey Wilson (co-captain).
