Intersection accident

Shawn Zeigler, 43, of Evans, sits on the curb with her 9-year-old son after the sport utility vehicle she was driving flipped in the intersection of South Belair and Belair Frontage roads just after 5 p.m. Thursday. Zeigler was charged with failure to yield after she attempted a left turn from South Belair onto Belair Frontage Road. The SUV was struck by a minivan heading north in the outside lane. The van was driven by Ricky Keith Anderson, 51, of Trenton, S.C. No one was injured in the accident.
