TaeQuan Caldwell, 20 months, enjoys a snack at the Taste of Rhinehart's Oyster Bar, then promptly falls asleep. The event Friday promoted the upcoming opening of the second Rhinehart's restaurant in Evans later this year. TaeQuan attended with his mother, Quashea Caldwell, of Grovetown.

The special event held in front of E.B. Games in Evans was to promote the restaurant's new Evans location scheduled to open between April and July.
