Henry Lee Johnkin, 18, of the 3600 block of Fred Reeves Road in Thomson, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 12, 2004, and was fined $810 and sentenced to 12 months' probation.

Todd Martin Smith, 41, of the 1600 block of Pendleton Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 6, 2004, and was fined $785 and sentenced to 12 months' probation.

Ginger Carlene Newsome, 22, of the 2300 block of Pineridge Drive in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 28, 2004, and was fined $1,215 and sentenced to 12 months' probation.

John Daniel Kicklighter, 26, of the 4000 block of Redgate Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on June 6, 2004, and was fined $700.

Pedro J. Ortiz, 43, of the 5000 block of Old Waynesboro Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 21, 2003, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Joel Patrick Pangborn, 36, of the 400 block of Old Anderson Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on July 18, 2004, and was fined $785.

Steven Lee Banks, 17, of the 3600 block of Johns Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 28, 2004, and was fined $785.

Mark C. Greene, 29, of the 4700 block of Brookwood Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 30, 2004, and was fined $785.

William Joseph Hargrove Jr., 18, of the 300 block of Old Salem Way in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 29, 2004, and was fined $785.

Christie Michelle Gymer, 44, of the 400 block of Padrick Street in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 3, 2004, and was fined $785 and sentenced to 12 months' probation.

Byron Leban Hillery, 35, of the 500 block of Norfolk Street Northwest in Atlanta, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 29, 2004, and was fined $785 and sentenced to 12 months' probation.

Shawn Sinclair Gilchrist, 19, of the 100 block of Pine Grove Road in Plum Branch, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on March 21, 2004, and was fined $810 and sentenced to 12 months' probation.

John Harry Beals, 33, of the 100 block of Shady Grove Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 20, 2004, and was fined $1,215 and sentenced to 12 months' probation.

Sean James Blackburn, 23, of the 4000 block of Melrose Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 20, 2004, and was fined $1,185 and sentenced to 12 months' probation.

Richard Alaire Brown, 56, of the 500 block of Wendover Way in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 28, 2004, and was fined $1,180 and sentenced to 12 months' probation.

Larry Michael Slover, 32, of the 4300 block of Ridge Valley Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 13, 2004, and was fined $750.

Francisco Acahua, 23, of the 300 block of Applecross Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 19, 2004, and was fined $785.

Rachel Rebecca Herzog, 21, of the 100 block of Maple Creek Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on July 5, 2004, and was fined $785.

Juan Carlos Farias, 37, of the 3400 block of Fairway Oaks Drive in Lawrenceville, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 13, 2004, and was fined $785.

Jorge Hernandez, 25, of the 900 block of Furys Ferry Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 14, 2004, and was fined $785.

Jeremy Spencer Hahn, 24, of the 4500 block of Country Glen Circle in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 9, 2004, and was fined $750.

Geetha Shetty, 54, of the 3600 block of Cypress Point Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 19, 2004, and was fined $750.

Raymond Erick Stabell, 36, of the 100 block of Thomas Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 22, 2004, and was fined $785.

Charles Edwin Adams III, 59, of the 4600 block of Hickory Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 17, 2004, and was fined $785.

Fransisco Oyola, 21, of the 2500 block of Center West Parkway in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 2, 2004, and was fined $785 and sentenced to 12 months; probation.

James Franklin Bannister, 19, of the 6500 block of Campbell's Way in Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence on July 15, 2004, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Ryan Russell Webster, 26, of the 500 block of Julia Court in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 13, 2004, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Timothy Crumley Asmann, 25, of the 4100 block of Quinn Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 24, 2004, and was fined $785.
