Pet of the week

The owner of Tootsie, this 6-year-old, chocolate Labrador retriever, returned her to Animal Control due to family conflicts. He has offered to pay to have her spayed. Tootsie is very friendly, loving, leash-trained and crate-trained and is trained to hunt. She is available for adoption from Columbia County Animal Care and Control. Adult animals such as today's Pet of the Week cost $25 to adopt, and the adoption fee for puppies and kittens is $20. All animals must be spayed or neutered.
