Teresa Lee and Todd Caron show off their Volunteer of the Year awards for the Columbia County Emergency Management Agency's Dive Rescue and Recovery Team as agency Director Pam Tucker and Dive Chief Mike Chambers watch at the team's recent awards dinner at Lone Star restaurant. Caron, who won the award for the third consecutive year, is also the team's assistant training chief. Robert Gibbs, the team's training chief, was awarded the leadership award, and Justin Floridia and Scott Daniel were given honorable mention awards.
