The owner of Tootsie, this 4-year-old chocolate Labrador retriever, left her at Animal Control. Tootsie is very friendly and gets along well with adults, children and other animals. Tootsie was an outside dog, but she is leash- and crate-trained. She is available for adoption from Columbia County Animal Care and Control. Adult animals, such as today's Pet of the Week, cost $25 to adopt and the adoption fee for puppies and kittens costs $20. All animals must be spayed or neutered.
