Fidencio R. Alvarez, 40, of the 2500 block of Croston Way in Columbia, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 28, 2004, and was fined $750.

William Todd Arrington, 28, of the 6600 block of Blacksmith Drive in Burke, Va., was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 6, 2004, and was fined $1,205.

James P. Austin, 61, of the 4600 block of Hereford Farm Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on April 23, 2004, and was fined $1,125 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Matthew Nelson Chambers, 27, of the 300 block of Exeter Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 26, 2004, and was fined $785.

Charles Hall, 45, of the 6200 block of Cobbham Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 31, 2004, and was fined $1,125 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Michael James Harris, 25, of the 500 block of Richmond Hill Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on April 6, 2004, and was fined $725 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Steven Allen Heard, 34, of the 3700 block of Madison Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on June 29, 1995, and was fined $780.

Deborah Sue Lairson, 41, of the 500 block of Old Evans Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 26, 2004, and was sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Charlene Hendley Milburn, 44, of the 300 block of Cleveland Avenue in Millen, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 19, 2003, and was fined $1,125 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Yong Hui Moore, 32, of the 200 block of Sarah Creek Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 16, 2004, and was fined $750.

Christopher Lee Rockefeller, 26, of the 5700 block of Broad Oak Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 19, 2003,. and was fined $725.

Jamey Lee Sammons, 28, of the 300 block of Countyline Road in Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 27, 2004, and was sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Rey Sanchez, 28, of the 2200 block of Columbia Highway West in Aiken, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 30, 2003, and was fined $725 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.

William Allen Scruggs, 28, of the 6500 block of Campbells Way in Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence on May 16, 2004, and was fined $725 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Le Ron Eugene Seale, 23, of the 200 block of Napier Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on May 2, 2004, and was fined $725 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Duvall Carles Simmons, 34, of the 2900 block of Arrowhead Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on March 6, 2004, and was fined $725 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Jerry Lane Sloan, 45, of the 200 block of South Old Belair Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 16, 2004, and was fined $785.

Yolanda Denise Smith, 46, of the 700 block of Folley Court in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 26, 2004, and was fined $785.

Jory Michael Stanley, 22, of the 5400 block of Wrightsboro Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 20, 2004, and was fined $785.

George Thaxton, 33, of the 400 block of Marie Street in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on May 11, 2003, and was fined $725 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Kevin Laron Walker, 26, of the 200 block of Hardy Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence April 18, 2004, and was fined $725 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Tyrone J. Walls, 27, of the 200 block of Hunters Farm Road in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on April 11, 2004, and was fined $725 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.

George Washington, 62, of the 1300 block of Williston Road in Beech Island, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 9, 2004, and was fined $785.

Timothy Christopher Watson, 27, of Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 12, 2004, and was fined $785 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.
