Grove is 'only qualified and honest candidate'

I am in the unique position to personally know both Columbia County school board candidates for District 5, LouAnne Grove and Mike Sleeper. They both live in my neighborhood, and after attending a debate, website research, and from personal experiences, I ask all Columbia County voters to vote for LouAnne Grove.

LouAnne is not a person with a hidden agenda: what you see is what you get. She is genuine, ethical and has great integrity. As a mother she is concerned about giving her son the best opportunities, and would make decisions for all Columbia County students with the same interests at heart, and not base them on personal political benefits. She is a dedicated and enthusiastic educator who cares about her students and the achievements they make. By law, she is not allowed to be on the school board and teach in Columbia County at the same time (which would be an obvious conflict of interest), so she has the added advantage of seeing what works well and what doesn t in another school system, at one of the top schools in the CSRA and State, and can bring that home to our own children. Mrs. Grove has business and leadership experience as an added bonus. She has served as an elected member of our neighborhood board for 3 years and has always handled her position professionally, efficiently and timely. She always acts with the entire neighborhood s interests in mind.

LouAnne Grove s passion for Education is the reason she is running, not to use the school board as a political stepping stone. Her campaign is driven by her hard work, and the generosity of everyday people that believe in who she is. She is the only qualified and honest candidate and deserves your vote.
