Swim league open house

Aiken-Augusta Swim League will hold a two-week trial membership Oct. 25-Nov. 5 for all age groups at all sites. The Fitness Group is being offered for ages 13-18.

Rec league registration

The Columbia County Recreation Department is holding 2005 basketball and winter soccer registration until Nov. 6. Registration is available only at Patriots Park administrative office. For information, call 863-7523.

Fastpitch league

The regional fastpitch 18 and under Gold or A Team, solely for high school players who want to be scouted by colleges and improve the talent played against, will meet in November after the Georgia State Playoffs are concluded. For information, call 860-9489 or 284-5483.
