Softball tryouts

Punting Academy

The Ray Guy/Prokicker.com Kicking Academy will take place Dec. 27-28 at ARC Stadium in Augusta. Applicants must pre-register to ensure acceptance. Cost is $350 and enrollment is limited. For information, call (270) 843-8393.

Volleyball meeting

The Augusta Junior Olympic Volleyball Club will hold its 2005 Organizational Meeting for parents of interested players 2-4 p.m. Oct.17 in the Augusta Preparatory Day School Gym.
