I have taught with LouAnne Grove at Davidson Fine Arts Magnet School for more than three years and observed her excellence in teaching. While working with students to create our annual last year, with her good business sense and imaginative fund-raising techniques, she left the largest surplus after expenses in years.

LouAnne has experience as a teacher, with hands-on experience working with students in both learning and social environments and communicating with parents.

She is a mother of a child in the Columbia County school district and has been on the other side of the picture, communicating with her son's teachers and the administrators at his school. She is a devoted mother, teacher and a keen businesswoman.

Who better to sit on the Columbia County Board of Education than LouAnne Grove? She has a master's degree in education and 15 years' business experience in addition to her teaching experience. She has innovative ideas, is a good listener and thinks through each situation thoroughly before making her decisions.

Grove will represent all parents and children in Columbia County to ensure the best education.
