Crossroads Academy Teacher of the Year

Katherine Myers is the business education teacher at Crossroads Academy. She teaches all of the business courses and serves as the site coordinator for Virtual High School.

Myers is a graduate of Augusta State University and has her masters of education from Georgia Southern University. She has been in Columbia County for 18 years, beginning her career at Evans High and then moving to Lakeside High in 1989.

"I have always wanted to work with at-risk kids, so the decision to come to Crossroads Academy three years ago was an easy one," she said.
