Lewiston Elementary School Teacher of the Year

Janine Dillon started her teaching career 22 years ago as an elementary art teacher in Florida. She moved to Georgia with her husband, Jay, and taught third grade at Grovetown Elementary and second grade at Bel Air Elementary.

Dillon became part of a new family when she joined the newly formed faculty at Lewiston Elementary, teaching second grade.
"Lewiston Elementary has an exceptionally outstanding group of teachers," she said. "It is an awesome place to work. I feel especially honored to have been chosen as their very first Teacher of the Year."
