North Columbia Fire and Rescue Deputy Chief Charles Hogan gives a T-shirt to Lynn Forbes of Evans outside the Columbia County Emergency Management Agency office on Friday while agency Director Pam Tucker and North Columbia Fire Chief Tom McFarland look on. Forbes designed the new logo for the fire department. She also designed the county's logo.
