Alberto Sanchez McCumber, 21, of the 3100 block of Willow Creek Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on April 3, 2004, and was fined $1,250.

Mark David Hatcher, 46, of the 4300 block of Dewey Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 6, 1997, and was fined $900.

Nan Stewart King, 37, of the 2300 block of County Camp Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 7, 2003, and was fined $700.

Katherine Anne Picard, 22, of the 1000 block of Woodsedge Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 20, 2004, and was fined $700.

Irvin Shanks, 49, of Alleta Avenue in Greenville, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on July 20, 2002, and was fined $1,100.

Dewayne Keith Walker, 33, of the 1700 block of Harbison Station Circle in Columbia, S.C, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 8, 2001, was fined $700 and sentenced to 12 months probation, 40 hours of community service and a day in jail.

Thomas Edward Jackson Jr., 22, of the 400 block of Northroy Place in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on June 30, 2004, and was fined $700.

Robert John Kozemko, 35, of the 2800 block of Cornelia Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on June 21, 2004 and was fined $750.

Hezzie Oneal Hall, 66, of the 3500 block of Marlboro Way in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on May 17, 2004, and was fined $1,100.

Michael Edward Wallace, 19, of the 800 block of Sturbridge Court in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on May 7, 2004, and was fined $700.

Roger R. Carpenter, 50, of the 600 block of Bank Mills Road in Aiken, was charged with driving under the influence on April 30, 1999, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail according to a bench warrant for not paying probation fines.

Eric Francis Luminais, 28, of the 3900 block of Deerfield Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 18, 1998, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail according to a bench warrant for not paying probation fines.
