Fire hits West Lake homes

A concrete slab (left) is all that remains of a home under construction in West Lake subdivision after a suspicious fire destroyed it and damaged three surrounding buildings early Sunday morning. The fire on the 400 block of Congressional Court, is still under investigation by the state fire marshal's office, but investigators believe foul play was involved, said Wayne Whitaker, the public information officer.
