Brush's commercial 'sets a new low in gutter campaign tactics'

Editor:

Last night I saw the Joey Brush campaign commercial for the first time. I am referring to the commercial citing Jim Whitehead's business dealing with the state government, which totally misrepresents the truth.

I would say the commercial sets a new low in gutter campaign tactics but I have to understand that it is at the level of representation and character we have received from Joey Brush.

The commercial speaks volumes about his lack of character and maturity. It is indicative of how he conducts himself, his business, and what he feels is acceptable.

There is never an excuse for what he has done in the commercial regardless of how worried he is of the outcome.

I support Jim Whitehead more than ever now and feel the best way for him to win this election is to let Joey Brush continue to open his mouth and self destruct.

The campaign tactics that Joey Brush has chosen are not, and never will be acceptable to an informed electorate.

To Jim Whitehead I say, "Good luck in the campaign".
