Cindy Rae Higgins, 51, of the 600 block of Devon Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on April 4, 2004, and was fined $700.

John Richard Hayes, 33, of the 900 block of North Willowick Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 2, 2004, and was fined $725.

Rhonda Lynn Hayes, 39, of the 5100 block of North Tubman Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on March 28, 2004, and was fined $1,100.

Randy Eugene Johnson, 44, of the 2500 block of Deans Bridge Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on May 27, 2004, and was sentenced to 40 days in jail.

Jauthiny Donnell Conley, 26, of the 3000 block of Bramblewood Trail in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 1, 1997, and was fined $650.

Dana E. Farnsworth Jr., 22, of the 100 block of Sandpit Court in Leesville, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on July 24, 2003, and was fined $700.
