Timothy John Dalton, 42, of the 400 block of Sandleton Way in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on March 6, 2004, and was fined $700.

Karen Rae Valenzuela, 53, of the 5100 block of North Tubman Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 5, 2004, and was fined $700.

Emilio Conde Amadore, 31, of the 100 block of Chamblee Heights in Chamblee, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on April 29, 2004, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Ricardo Marquez, 20, of the 1300 block of Dean Forest Road in Savannah, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on April 3, 2004, and was fined $700.

Dwight Earl Baggett, 42, of the 200 block of Foxdale Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on April 5, 2004, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Wesley Hampton Vining, 24, of the 400 block of Wexford Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 20, 2004, and was fined $1,100.

Jocelyn Clark Dixon, 38, of the 3900 block of Almon Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 13, 2003, and was fined $700.

Daniel Grayson Thompson, 37, of the 800 block of North Confederate Drive in Macon, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 29, 2004, and was fined $1,100.

Helen Elise Odom, 59, of the 4100 block of Markwalter Road in Hephzibah was charged with driving under the influence on May 13, 2003, and was fined $1,350.

John Henry White Jr., 44, of the 10,0000 block of Old #6 Highway in Vance, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on March 8, 2004, and was fined $700.

Lawrence Barrett, 23, of the 3800 block of Highpointe Drive in Hephzibah was charged with driving under the influence on Aug, 10, 2003, and was fined $700.

Waylon Christopher Blake, 23, of the 2100 block of Vireo Drive in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 30, 2003, and was fined $725.

Jesus Garcia Vital, 27, of the 100 block of Jonquail Lane in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 27, 2003, and was fined $700.

Carl Edward Walker, 40, of the 4100 block of Highway 220 East in Lincolnton, was charged with driving under the influence on April 19, 2003, and was fined $1,100.

Ryan Lee Miller, 26, of the 1100 block of Windsong Way in Augusta was charged with driving under the influence on March 28, 2004, and was sentenced to 65 days in jail.
