Cheerleading tryouts
Parent information meetings will be today at Hayden's Cheer Gym for Hayden's Allstar Cheerleading Program. The meeting will be at 1:30 p.m. for parents of children grade 6 and below, and at 4 p.m. for grades 7-12. The meetings are in preparation for tryouts for the program, which will be May 2. Lakeside fund-raiser
The Lakeside High School Athletic Association will hold a fund-raiser 6-8 p.m. Monday to raise funds for retirement of the debt for the lights on the softball field. Activities will include a celebrity home run contest and a five-inning game featuring local celebrities, school officials and political leaders, and games for all ages. Golf tournament
The Harlem High Drama Boosters and The Fox's Lair will hold a golf tournament Friday to raise funds for the drama troupe's trip to Scotland. Baseball Camp
