Timothy Sean Williams, 21, of Lakeside Trail S.E., was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 27, 2003, and was fined $700.

Mark Andrew Jones, 25, of the 3500 block of Ironwood Drive, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 24, 2004, and was fined $700.

Sean Michael Owsley, 27, of the 1900 block of Meadow Lane, Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on July 17, 2003, and was fined $700.

Dennis L. Williams, 31, of the 2500 block of Drayton Drive, Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 19, 2001, and was fined $725.

Edward Lee Yassney Jr., 25, of the 5100 block of Sanctuary Drive, Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on May 22, 2003, and was fined $700.

Jon Charles Rice, 33, of the 5100 block of Old Augusta Highway, Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on March 11, 2004, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Lavan Green, 42, of the 3500 block of Ray Owens Road, Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on March 12, 2004, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Janassen Robin Pollard, 46, of the 3000 block of Deans Bridge Road, Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on March 9, 2004, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
