'Community of caring people' helped raise funds for memorial

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank each of you for your generous donation for the Daniel Hall and Shane Williams Memorial Golf Tournament held on March 6 at Rocky Branch Golf Course. The tournament was a tremendous success because of your kindness and generosity. We hosted a total of 30 teams and had 45 hole sponsorships. At present our total is $9,500, with the promise of more donations to come. This amount far exceeded our expectations.

Once again, you as a community of caring people have reached out and gone above and beyond to help with this worthwhile cause. With this money we are that much closer to make our dream of a golf practice facility a reality.

Thank you for helping me remember my two friends in such a positive way.
