Alexis Olivera Gonzalez, 27, of the 3000 block of Raes Wood Drive, Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 19, 2004, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Ricky Lee Minyard, 39, of the 1300 block of Freeman Harris Road, Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 20, 2001, and was fined $700.

Donald Wayne Chastain, 51, of the 300 block of Williams Street, Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 11, 2003, and was fined $1,100.

Sergio Avila, 27, of the 3000 block of Parish Road, Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 25, 2003, and was fined $700.

Mitchell Aquilla Tyner, 47, of the 600 block of Kimberly Place, Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 5, 2004, and was fined $700.

Uriel Donaciano Alvarez, 37, of the 100 block of Stoney Brook Drive, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 17, 2003, and was fined $700.

Gary Michael Cox, 46, of the 3300 block of Ponderosa Lane, Thomson, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 12, 2003, and was fined $700.

Harold Clayton Galloway, 35, of the 4600 block of Cuttermill Road, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 17, 2004, and was fined $700.

Saul Tecpile, 33, of the 3500 block of Washington Road, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 3, 2003, and was fined $700.

Alvaro Setina, 25, of the 500 block of Gilmer Street, Millen, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 21, 2003, and was fined $700.

William David Lindley, 49, of the 2800 block of West Brewington Road, Sumter, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 17, 2003, and was fined $1,125.

Vivian Hammond Stokes, 50, of the 4100 block of P & M Road, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 6, 2002, and was fined $700.
