County logo: Time misused

As a new resident of Columbia County, I am amazed that the county governing body would spend money and effort to change the county logo. Their time and resources should be utilized to meet the needs of the residents.

I don't know of a single county that can boast that they have grown or improved the lives of their citizens because of a county logo.
