Beleda Powell (from left), MIke Zapata and Butch Powell were some of the Columbia County Merchants Assocation members who met Monday night at the Peppermill restaurant. At their annual installation meeting, Zapata became the club's 2004 president and George Sleister and Powell joined the board of directors.
