Sharon Rebecca Powell, 34, of the 4600 block of Brittany Drive, Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 24, 2003, and was fined $1,100.

Douglas James Deike, 42, of the 100 block of Hickory Drive, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 11, 2003, and was fined 4700.

Alex Lee Spargur, 17, of the 4700 block of Cold Springs Road, Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 21, 2003, and was fined $700.

Johnny Louis Rucker, 48, of the 600 block of Derby Court, Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 25, 2003, and was fined $1,100.

Joseph William Wright, 46, of the 300 block of Annie Laurie Drive, Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 27, 2003, and was fined $700.

Allyson Danielle Powell, 21, of the 2900 Foxhall Circle, Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 8, 2003, and was fined $700.

Ian Eugene Dalbert Sr., 38, of the 3000 block of Richmond Hill Road, Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 3, 2003, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Charles Herbert Leo, 40, of the 1700 block of Fairwood Court, Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 25, 2003, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Jeremy Ryan Alwin, 19, of the 4100 block of Birchtree Drive, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 17, 2003, and was fined $700.

Robert Eugene Holley, 49, of the 6300 block of Keg Creek Drive, Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 9, 2003, was fined $725 and was sentenced to a day in jail.

Troy M. Walters, 30, of the 100 block of Macedonia Road, North Augusta, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 7, 2001, was fined $700 and was sentenced to 40 hours community service, three days in jail and 18 months probation.

John David Vaughn, 21, of the 400 block of Bristol Road, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on May 30, 2002, and was fined $700.

Andrew Warner Sr., 52, of the 1500 block of Joy Road, Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 10, 2003, and was fined $700.

James Richard Johnson, 43, of the 100 block of Roundtree Road, beech Island, S.C., was charged with driving under influence on June 29, 2003, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

John Randolph Teems, 24, of the 4200 block of Spruce Lane, Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 17, 2003, and was fined $700.

Steven Clyde Leedom, 37, of the 4600 block of Cox Road, Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on July 20, 2003, and was fined $700.

Joel Marquez-Fanceca, 23, of the 200 block of New Petersburg Road, Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 30, 2003, and was fined $700.

Carlos Hernandez-Barrera, 25, of the 1900 block of Winterville Road, Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 26, 2003, and was fined $700.

Jennifer Suzanne Attaway, 26, of the 4300 block of Deer Run Road, Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on April 22, 2002, and was fined $366.

Glenn Edward Cook, 39, of the 4000 block of Keene St., Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on June 9, 2003, and was fined $700.

Linda A. Smith, 44, of the 700 block of North Main St., Wrens, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 13, 2002, and was fined $325.
