During the weekend of Nov. 21-23, the Under-11 Augusta Arsenal Lady Gunners participated in the 17th Annual Sugar & Spice Soccer Classic in Douglasville, Ga. The team played two games Saturday and two Sunday, including the championship. The Lady Gunners beat Spirit Blue of Kennesaw, Ga., 2-0 to win the tournament's Under-11 Athena Division.
