Columbia County Development Authority Chairman Bill Coleman (second from right) cuts a ribbon to dedicate International Parkway, a road connecting Lewiston and Chamblin roads that will open up 260 acres of land for Horizon North industrial park. Also present at Wednesdays event were Rick Evans (from left), Stan Shepherd, Tim McGill, Vic Mills, Ron Cross, Marian Pittman and Lee Anderson.
